I call this breakfast Goop. I have been eating it every day for 2 years and I swear by it. It's a mix of oatmeal and chia pudding - but with lots of goodies added to hit your protein and fiber goals for satiety, muscle growth, blood sugar stability and nervous system regulation. If you are new to adding fiber into your diet - my suggestion would be to lower the amount of psyllium husk - until your gut has gotten used to fermenting this much fiber.
