This journey starts with a brief introduction of myself, Lovisa, the woman behind the voice that you will listen to for the next 14 days. I am so happy that you made it here!

If you're anything like me - you've felt stuck in cycles of stress, disconnection, fatigue, poor sleep and the overall feeling of 'meh'. Perhaps you've tried meditation, started eating healthier, or moving your body more - but nothing seems to move the needle. Breathwork changed everything for me, and I am honoured that you have trusted me on this journey.

I have created a workbook to integrate this work deeper, and below you can find what to expect. The full workbook is available further down in this module, and the daily pages are also attached in each module, if you don't have the workbook handy.

This 14-Day Nervous System Reset Workbook is a guided companion to help you reconnect with your body, rewire your stress response, and build lasting inner resilience - one breath at a time.

Grounded in breath science, somatic psychology, and compassionate reflection, each day invites you to explore a new theme related to stress, regulation, and healing.

You’ll move through a carefully curated sequence of guided breathwork + meditations, journaling prompts, body check-ins, and simple anchor practices that help restore balance to your nervous system.

Whether you're navigating chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, or simply seeking more grounded presence in your day-to-day life, this workbook offers a safe space to slow down, get curious, and build new inner pathways of safety and strength.

    Every day for 14 days, at the time of initial purchase, a new module will drop, giving you access to your new guided breathwork + meditation practice as you wake up in the morning. You will receive a notification in your inbox as it drops.

    Note: If you want to practice in the mornings, but purchase the program at night, there will be a slight delay (if so - I recommend waiting one day to start, so that you always have a morning session ready for you).
