This journey starts with a brief introduction of myself, Lovisa, the woman behind the voice that you will listen to for the next 14 days. I am so happy that you made it here!
If you're anything like me - you've felt stuck in cycles of stress, disconnection, fatigue, poor sleep and the overall feeling of 'meh'. Perhaps you've tried meditation, started eating healthier, or moving your body more - but nothing seems to move the needle. Breathwork changed everything for me, and I am honoured that you have trusted me on this journey.
I have created a workbook to integrate this work deeper, and below you can find what to expect. The full workbook is available further down in this module, and the daily pages are also attached in each module, if you don't have the workbook handy.

Note: If you want to practice in the mornings, but purchase the program at night, there will be a slight delay (if so - I recommend waiting one day to start, so that you always have a morning session ready for you).
