LIVE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP REPLAY - Breathwork & Parts Work With Lovisa Engstrand & Stefanie Krasnow

This is a recording of our live virtual breathwork and partswork workshop hosted via Zoom in April 2026.

For 90 minutes, a room full of people came together to do something most of us rarely give ourselves permission to do - slow down, turn inward, and let the body lead.

The session moves through conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, partswork and nervous system regulation practices rooted in the same Regulate & Restore Framework that runs through this entire course.

What you'll experience in this replay is not a performance or a presentation. It's the real thing - raw, alive, and exactly as it happened in the room.

LIVE WORKSHOP REPLAY — Breathwork & Partswoerk

With Lovisa Engstrand & Stefanie Krasnow

WHAT THIS IS

This is a recording of our live breathwork, partswork and nervous system workshop, hosted via Zoom in April 2026

For 120 minutes, a room full of people came together to do something most of us rarely give ourselves permission to do - slow down, turn inward, and let the body lead.

The session moved through conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, partswork, and nervous system regulation practices rooted in the same Regulate & Restore Framework that runs through this entire course. What you'll experience in this replay is not a performance or a presentation. It's the real thing - raw, alive, and exactly as it happened in the room.

WHY WE DID THIS

Because knowing is not the same as feeling.

You can understand the nervous system intellectually - the polyvagal theory, the stress response, the window of tolerance - and still feel completely stuck in your body.

This workshop exists to bridge that gap. To take everything you are learning in this course and let your body actually experience it. Regulation is not a concept. It's a felt sense. And felt senses need practice, repetition, and safe containers to grow in.

This replay is one of those containers.

WHEN TO WATCH THIS

There is no wrong time - but here are the moments it tends to land most powerfully:

→ If you want to experience this one more time, watch it again. However, I do want to note that due to the intensity of this practice, it is important to give yourself time in between to properly integrate the practice. I recommend 2x per month, unless you are very familiar with the practice.

→ If you signed up for the course, I'd suggest you re-engage with the practice after completing Module 1 and 2, when you have enough framework to understand what your body is doing during the practice.

→ When you feel disconnected from the material - when the course is starting to feel like information rather than transformation. This will bring you back into your body.

→ When life is particularly loud. On a hard week. After a stressful period. When you need a reset, not just a reminder.

→ More than once. This is not a one-time watch. Come back to it. Each time you arrive somewhere different.

BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY

Find somewhere you won't be interrupted for the full session. Lie down if you can, use an eyemask, get cozy. Have water nearby. Give yourself a few minutes afterwards to just be - don't rush back into your day.

And when you're ready - download the workbook below before or after watching. It's designed to help you integrate what comes up, capture what you notice, and bring the insights from this session into your daily practice.

Welcome to the breathing room.
