There is something that happens when you breathe in a room full of people who are also choosing to feel, to release, to come back to themselves. The collective energy holds you in ways that no screen, no solo practice, no headphone-in-bedroom session ever quite can.
That's what we're bringing to Squamish.
Find Breathing Room is a 2.5 hour immersive group experience combining two of the most powerful modalities we know for nervous system regulation and emotional integration.
Conscious Connected Breathwork — led by Lovisa Engstrand (CBCP), breath science practitioner and stress counsellor. An active, music-led breathwork journey that helps you get unstuck — in your body, your mind, and the emotional loops you keep circling. This isn't relaxation breathing. This is the real thing.
IFS Parts Work — led by Stefanie Krasnow (RCC), registered clinical counsellor. Designed to help you understand and integrate what comes up during the breathwork, and take any shifts you experienced to a deeper level of meaning and self-understanding.
The two modalities are intentionally sequenced. The breathwork shifts your state first — because you cannot think your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. Then the parts work meets you in that open, softer space and helps you understand what lives there.
The session opens with Lovisa guiding you through a full conscious connected breathwork journey — active, music-led, deeply felt. Expect sensation, movement, emotion, release. You are in control of your experience at every moment.
From there, Stef leads you into parts work — meeting whatever came up during the breathwork with curiosity, compassion, and the kind of understanding that creates lasting change rather than temporary relief.
You'll leave with more space in your body than when you walked in. And usually, something you can't quite name — but you'll feel it.
A nervous system that has actually experienced what it feels like to fully downregulate - not just intellectually understand it, but feel it in your body as a cellular memory it can return to.
Practical tools you can use tonight, and every night after.
A different relationship with rest - one where it doesn't feel like something you have to earn.
